William Wraith III
Following active duty as an officer in the US Air Force, Bill spent 20 years with two global earth resource companies in copper and aluminum, iron ore and steel, gold and silver, uranium and petroleum. Progressed to corporate officer and board roles with both companies, managing subsidiaries in Latin America, Bahamas, New Zealand and USA. Transitioned to philanthropic and humanitarian endeavors in Silicon Valley for the last 40 years, as consulting firm emeritus partner, and co-founder, funder, staffer of “breakthrough” new ventures in healthcare, agriculture, materials, energy, and environment. In 1993, anticipated and led cleanup of “Desert Storm” Persian Gulf oil spill, largest in history; and was awarded Stanford “Gold Spike”, university’s top award for fundraising, 75th recipient in its first 100 years. Bill holds BS Mining, MS Minerals Engineering and MBA degrees from Stanford University and DSc hc from California College of Podiatric Medicine.
Scott Mobley
Scott has over 25 years of experience in advanced process control instrumentation and hazardous chemical & gas delivery systems. He participated in product development of Ultra High Purity (UHP) control components. He was President of the largest distributor of UPH components in the US until 2001. Scott is founder of a contract manufacturing company offering incubator facilities and specializing in precision chemical and gas delivery modules for major semiconductor process tool, medical device and solar panel OEM’s and until recently served as its CEO. Scott holds a BS degree in Chemistry from San Jose State University.

Dan Cook
Prior to Lyten, Dan served as a Private Equity C-level Operating Executive focused on tech and industrial sector companies for Cerberus Capital and Tenex Capital Management for 10 years. After beginning his career with 6 years in engineering, production, and supply chain at GM, he went on to lead Operations for 15 years within Silicon Valley PC peripheral, software, networking, and telecommunications companies. During this same period, he also led the acquisition, integration and scaling of over 20 hardware and software startups and worked closely with such tech luminaries such as Steve Jobs and Regis McKenna. Dan holds a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, a BS degree in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Michigan.
Lars Herlitz
Lars has 30+ years of experience in Silicon Valley tech startups: initially in technology and engineering, and later in sales, marketing and business development, as executive and as founder / CEO / Chairman and Board Director. Lars has co-founded companies in semiconductor, video technology, CAD, hardware and software, leading to acquisitions and IPOs. He also has extensive experience advising and investing in technology startups, both as individual and as founder of a micro-cap VC firm. Lars holds BS and MSEE/CS degrees from University of Linköping in Sweden in Theoretical Physics and Electrical Engineering and was also in the PhD program at UC Berkeley.
