—— SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA
Lyten Baytech
Lyten’s global headquarters and the heart of our Silicon Valley materials research and product development. The location has served as Lyten’s manufacturing site for Lyten 3D Graphene since 2022 and in 2023 became the first semi-automated lithium-sulfur battery manufacturing pilot line in the US. In partnership with the city of San Jose, the site is powered by renewable energy.
—— SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA
Lyten San Leandro
Site of the world’s first commercial scale, automated lithium-sulfur battery manufacturing site. At full capacity, the site will produce more than 150 MWh of lithium-sulfur pouch cells specifically designed for autonomous systems, including robotics and unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
The site was acquired from Cuberg, a Northvolt Company, in 2024. Lyten is currently ramping production on the first of two lines planned for the facility.
